Will I be able to review and approve the design before creation?
Absolutely. Once your design is created you will be able to preview and approve prior to the creation of your product.

Also: If Decals2glass hasn’t heard from you for approval within 72 hours then we will assume all is good and we will create your purchased product.
Are Changes Free?
Decals2glass want to ensure our customers are happy with their purchases. That is why the approval process is important. Any changes prior to final approval are free. Changes after final approval and shipment are not.
What photos work best?
You pet or item is beautiful and important to you! There is no reason to edit your picture before sending to Decal2Glass.
When you send your image to Decals2Glass we want to ensure the quality and aspects of your image will make the best product for you.
Below are some tips for quality images for upload..
Lighting
The lighting in your photo is very important.
The photos you send of your pet or item should be sunny if possible or well lit. If there are shadows this will make it difficult to produce a quality product for you.
The more detail in your photo the better your product will look.
Up Close
Closer the better of your pet or item. For a pet if they are sitting or standing will result in the better image. Action pictures are hard to recreate.
One Pet or Subject Item
We know you love your pet or item, but it is best for one pet or subject item per product.
New Photos Submission
If there are issues with the image you send, for example – blurry, too dark, or far away – we will have you send another image for your product. This will delay the process, so the better the image the better the product and time to create.
What type of etching do you use for the glassware?
Decals2glass uses sandblast etching. This process creates a deep etch into the glass that you can feel with your hand. The lines of the etch are crisp and defined.
Is the etched glassware dishwasher safe?
Yes! You can not damage the etching in a dishwasher.
How does your price structure work?
The price is for the design work and your first item. There are related prices for additional items after the first.
Can I send a picture of any pet or anything?
Decals2glass can create your product from any type of animal. If there is an item “in the anything category” that is too difficult we will ask for another picture. Decals2glass can usually work with a lot of different types on images.
What designs will Decals2Glass not be able to create?
Decals2Glass cannot create designs that are trademarked or copyrighted.
Can orders be changed?
Decal2glass will except changes for 6 hours after your final approval of the artwork. We want to get to work on your images right away.
What is your refund policy?
All the items Decals2glass creates are custom and all sales are final after shipment.
My product arrived damaged what do I do?
Despite our best efforts to package your fragile item, items can be damaged in transit. If this does happen, please send a picture of the damaged item to decals2glass@gmail.com and we will file a claim and resend your item again. If a decal was damaged send a picture before you apply.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated when you check out. These rates are calculated on weight of the box and distance its shipping.
How long with the process take?
From the time your order is submitted it should take between 2-4 weeks. Of course, this depends on the time for design approval.
International Shipping
International shipping is available and the price will be calculated during your checkout. Unfortunately, large or heavy items are very expensive to ship.
Most products can be shipped internationally. Canvases can only be shipped to to Canada, UK, and Mexico.
The same artwork and production times as ordering in the USA (shown above) apply but shipping will take longer. We’re sorry, but we have no control over the customs and international shipping process times!
